Deepseek R1 vs OpenAI for Fintech Usecase

I ran the Deepseek r1.b model (smallest) on my local Mac book machine.
Tuning it for basic customer support of cross border payments with Stablecoin.

And did the same on ChatGPT UI and OpenAI API for a side by side comparison.
