Has anyone else used Runna for training plans? I'm highkey very impressed with it

I just started some technique and form coaching last night. I am nervous but also very exited to get good at something new!

I havenāt decided on one yet but Iām hoping to do another half this year hopefully in early fall!

You got this!! Once you get the hang of it, swimming is so awesome ā my favorite soothing workout!

Transitioning from marathoning to triathlons this year! Signed up for a 70.3ā¦.and I donāt know how to swim š«£

planning on my fifth Ragnar Trail Relay in October!

Anyone have any exciting races on the calendar this year? I am running the Wineglass Half Marathon in Corning, NY in October. It's going to be absolutely gorgeous š and the course is super fast (a lot of people in this region run the full Wineglass Marathon to BQ).

anyone run with a stroller? we have a Bob that is old and pretty beat up. contemplating a thule urbanglide and curious if anyone has one

more inspiration too:

amazing scenery the entire time too, it's very nice to look at

for all the runners out there, i thought this was great

TRULY, do not underestimate the power of a nice easy pace! My easy pace is usually between 10 - 12 min miles and yet I cruised through my last half at 8:30 min / miles the whole way through. If youāre struggling to slow down and get to a good easy pace, try running a few of your easy runs on some local trailsāthe varied terrain and tree roots are always a good pace-slower š (also @Deedi Brown yesss always on the same wavelength š§ )

You got this!! Iāve also built myself plans like these ^ (@Rachel weāre soulmates) using the 10% increase rule and also the guideline that 80% of your weekly miles should be at a truly easy pace (mine is literally like 12 min/mile lol), with the other 20% to tempo and speed work. And donāt forget to get strength training in there to prevent injury!!

(Please note in my plan that I ramp up mileage REALLY fast and that is because I had already had a ābase layerā of running 5-10 miles a week before I started this, if youāre currently running 3-5 miles a week or less, def ease into it! I think the rule of thumb is not to increase mileage by more than 10% per week).

Way to go!! I love running halfs, theyāre a great distance. Iām partial to the Runnerās World training planā it prepared me well for my first! And hereās a screenshot of the plan I made for myself for my last half (which was also in early May)

Highly recommend the Fast Women newsletter for anyone who wants to stay in the loop on women's pro running.
of Saturday's marathon trials is great!
in Boston and am always confident it will be approximately 35 degrees or less this time of year š

in Texas we never know if it will be 28 degrees or 80 degrees

Alternating between intense heat and rainy squalls here in Aus! š„²

nice i wish i was!

Lmk if anyone is in LA and down to go for a run!
