The worst!! Are you able to swim or do something else low-impact? I find that having something to keep that active-movement-endorphin rhythm helps a lot when I’m tending an injury! Hang in there!

I’ve been doing yoga, training upper body and core, and going for lots of walks (no gym membership for access to a pool)
