Hey squad, I coached dylan on drinks today! He handled drinks pretty well today considering we were down a person. We went through the entire drinks pathway and was able to learn how to make to lemonade/teas + print labels! He knows the difference between third party and in person/mobile orders which means he properly lids/ push in the labels on the lids properly! We learned how to pre close entire drink station, change shake base, and add increments of ice cream. Overall 4/5!

Yes! I trained Bryce yesterday on bagging.
We went over pathway on the iPad and then jumped right in. I was with him for a little bit but then went to serve & help with drinks. Overall he did amazing with accuracy but still needs to work on speed and remembering to put dine in orders on the trays. I think for his first day overall he did very well but he definitely needs more practice days before he’s ready for a rush. I give him a 3.8/5!
<@U08GSBTQJQY> could you please post the training of Bryce on bagging?
Hey team! I trained Dylan on his first dining room today!
I trained him through the new and updated pathway and went over everything in the first module for dining room. We went over Second Mile Service, HEARD, Winning Hearts Every Day, "Jump n serve", and being proactive not reactive. Although it was a slow day, he was able to grasp the fundamentals of dining room especially with hospitality. He had more time for deliberate practice on table touching and making sure everything was nice and tidy. We also went over checking bathroom every 15 minutes. We also closed together on bathrooms so we went down the checklist to make sure everything was touched upon and did not forget anything. On his first day, I'm impressed on his eagerness to help out others and being proactive when dining room was spotless. Overall 4.5/5!
Good Morning!
I want to share with everyone the training for the upcoming week (10/13-10/18):

Hello team! I trained Bryce on Menu/POS:
We got a chance to go over pathway but unfortunately the training iPads are not working for the SP flex app so as far as practicing he watched me take a few orders & then he jumped right in. He did really well for it being his first day, however there are still some things he needs reminders of where to find on the menu or potentially hadn’t seen yet. I think as long as he has someone nearby for help if he has questions, he will be good after some practice days! Overall 3.5/5 for day 1 but only because he didn’t get a chance to see all the buttons /POS options. He caught on very quickly though.
What's goodington team!! Yesterday I trained/refreshed Alex on menu/register. Her core 4 were spot-on and already proficient on remembering how POS works! I informed her about the wait for grilled items and strips which may take up to 5 minutes longer than usual. While her customer service were great and making conversation with customers made them feel welcomed, I noticed she would just stand near register/talk to other coworkers. I would encourage her that talking with coworkers is great but making sure that we are being productive on shift such as cleaning our area. I would like to also emphasize jumping in and serving especially if other stations need help (i.e. serving or making drinks). Overall 3.5/5!
Good morning team,

Hello team :D I trained Alex on drinks today! Refreshed on how to make lemonade and diet lemonade and on how to make specialty drinks. Her experience already made the training much easier and there was not much to work on. Also reminded her the importance of making sure to push in the bubble on top of the lids of each drink to clearly identity what type of drink it is. She kept up with most of the orders and was able to keep her station clean and stocked! 4.5/5!
Hey squad! I trained Alex today on dining room today! Did a quick run through on pathway and was able to refresh her memory about the importance of hospitality and going the second mile! I emphasized the importance of making sure everything looks neat and tidy, especially making sure trashes are not overflowing to make things look perfect! Showed her the locations of all the necessary items to clean dining room like the trash bags and cleaning supplies. Also told her to bring out the trash bin from boh instead of dragging/carrying the trash through the patio to take out the trash for easier and efficient cleaning. Her table touch-ins were spot on as well and her ability to interact with the guests was phenomenal. Overall her performance was great since she had prior experience! 4.5/5!!
Hello everyone! Today I trained Bryce on serving/stocking. He picked up on how to do everything very quickly and has a great understanding of the position. He was also on drinks today so I would put him serving a few more times to make sure he has the hang of it. He was great at cleaning and stocking his station as well. He could work on urgency a little bit, however, overall he did well and is good at staying productive! 4.5/5 ⭐
Hey guys I trained Bryce with repetition on dinning room. He was really great at taking out the big trash and recycles. I encouraged him to do more table touch ins. I reminded him the importance of when he is doing the midday checklist to also be checking in on dinning room as well and making sure it’s always being looked after. Overall 3.5/5. If we can encourage him to Make sure dinning room is always being attended too.
Hey guys I trained Bryce on dinning room today! We started off with pathway and going over the importance of using the correct cleaning supplies and what each color represents. We went over the importance of checking in with guests and making sure the restroom was being checked every 15 mins. He made sure to prioritize cleaning tables and floors and understood the importance of creating a welcoming environment. Understand how to take trash out and cardboard. Overall I give him 4/5. I will encourage him to do more table touch ins!

Great job <@U090K0BTWLQ>, I appreciate you!
Hey guys! Today I was with Bryce on his repetition day for drinks. He jumped right into it and was great at keeping up. During slow times he knew to stock up his area and make sure it was kept clean. Was great on checking in with guests who were standing by his station. I showed him how to do curbside and was with him helping him serve a couple orders. Just cause when it’s slow and his area is stocked it was a good opportunity to show him more. 4/5
Thank you <@U090K0BTWLQ>!!!
We are still learning from the training process, but I love the feedback, thank you again <@U090K0BTWLQ>!
Hey guys I trained Bryce today on drinks. First I showed him how to clock in on the iPad and make sure to always check in with the lead on shift. We went over the importance of washing our hands where to leave his phone and our policys. He did a great job at remembering core4 and second mile. We jumped onto drinks. I noticed he would get confused with the sun joy variations but he always asked to make sure. Had to remind him a couple times when to put cup carries and when to put flat lids on the desserts. He did great with keeping up and cleaning and stocking his station also told him the importance of multi tasking as he learns more positions. Still needs to learn how to put shakebase in and the strawberry canister but knows how to print the proper labels. Overall 3.5 out 5
