@channel Hey team!

We are participating in Operation Christmas Child from November 3rd - November 15th! OCC provides shoeboxes for our guests to fill with toys to provide for children in need all over the world! This is an awesome collaboration that we offer alongside Samaritan’s Purse to provide for those in need!

We will be accepting the boxes back at the restaurant for the two week period and giving guests’ a free sandwich BOG for every box they bring back (up to 5)!

The sandwich BOGs are located at the manager stand and the completed boxes will be stored in the labeled bin in the back! Excess inventory will also be stored in the back, although if you need more, please reach out to me!

The table in the dining area will remain up for the duration of the collection time-frame and you will not need to do anything to it (Haley & I will maintain these tables!)

Hi team 👋,

I would like to take my time to say THANKS TO EVERYONE!!!
Thanks for your hard work, initiative and great team work we were able to finish JUNE with the best scores so far, we were able to improve our hospitality from a 56% to 76% and thats really promising !!!

Also, we hit our goals in food cost, food safety and quality!!!!
Lets try to be consistent and always trying our best!!

Lets keep working together !! 💪

I hope everyone is having an awesome day so far, I would like to share some updates for our Hospitality Team!

DRINKS ONLY
We will be utilizing the same procedure as a sports arena, please to share it with the team and explain the purpose of why we using those for Drinks Only / Desserts.

FOOD COST CONTROL / QUALITY
From 6-10 am when taking orders, we are now letting guests know that it will take up to 4-5 minutes for their orders for any item on the menu. If they have any questions we can let them know it is because we will be making everything to order so it is as fresh as possible!
Please keep in mind to be attentive and courteous every time we engage with the customer.

Hospitality - I want to say thank you to every single one of you for the hard work and initiative that you bring every day, I know we can accomplish big things together, remember that our #1 GOAL it is Hospitality, lets do our best ! @channel

Helloooo to everyone 👋,

I hope you guys doing well today, I want to share something important that will be applying next Monday.

Unfortunately, our menu for breakfast will change, below it will be the only items available at our store:

• Biscuits ( Spicy, Original, Bacon, Butter Biscuits, BEC, CEC)
• Minis ( Mini Rolls )
• Scramble eggs
That means not more muffins, burritos, bowls or sausage will be included. Also NOT more soup. ❌

Please to share it with the team and also to be prepared for next week.

Hello to everyone 👋 ,

I want to share some slightly changes on our way to bag in the front of house.

Instead of using the KPS from the right side now we will be printing all the orders from the left side. In that way to save some seconds on the moment of bagging.

Hi all! just a heads up, someone names Rachel Frank will be stopping by this afternoon to help film a real for the Liberty Station social media pages. I let her know she is free to ask for any food item to use in her real, as well as a free meal for her for helping us out. I'm not sure who is currently there, but do you mind helping her when she gets there please? She should be out of the way otherwise. Thank you!

Just to let you know that we will be replacing the big black trash cart for a smaller one, please to be mindful if is full to take to the dumpster to prevent any issues with Food Safety.
It will be arriving tomorrow !

I just want to make sure you guys are inform about our pricing at LS, some of you may noticed that is slightly higher than sports arena.
Here's a message we can share with our customers if they ask questions.

"Our prices are slightly higher at this restaurant, as pricing is set by our corporate office by restaurant type. This restaurant type is different from our Sports Arena location. I'm sorry for any confusion this has caused."
