Hi guys! A couple of days ago I trained Dominic on bagging. We went over the pathway and I gave him a couple of tricks and tips on how to bag. Afterwards we bagged together for the rest of the shift. He had a little bit of a struggle to keep up during rush, but we had no problems with order accuracy!

Overall i would rate his performance a 4🎉

Hi guys! Yesterday I trained Dominic on menu/order taking. We went through the expectations and requirements. We went through the menu (lunch menu only) we went over the script, and what it would look and sound like when taking an order. We also went through a couple of situations and examples of things he might experience when order taking. Afterwards he jumped right into order taking. During this time it was busy and he had no issue taking orders.

Overall I would rate his performance a 4.5 🎉
