Hey team, I was wondering if for next week’s huddle card we can add something about refills on drinks, the kids have been asking for too many cups.
For example today a kid paid for a small cup of lemonade and asked for 8 refills of different drinks, to fill up medium cups of just water?!!
If we can add a limit to how many refills one can get??
I was also wondering if when customers ask for a cup of water they are given a small cup, and whoever is register is given a sharpie to right on the cup (WATER).
We go through a lot of medium cups in a day, just for water cups alone! Only because I have noticed when taking order that kids have been asking for water then coming back and asking for sprite!!!!
Let me know what you guys think! If there’s anyway we can fix this little issue :)

Results
The market level giveaway was a huge success! We saw over 700 redemptions at Liberty Station!
Our Luau on the Lawn event also went well! We had around 70 attendees and we saw an increase in transactions that day! We couldn’t have made it happen without your support!

We will have a bonus point promotion active through the Chick-fil-A App for all curbside orders from 6/23-6/28!
App Giveaways
Throughout the peach promotion, we will be hosting app giveaways for the peach platform for different membership tiers! We will start with signature members 6/23-6/28!

Market Level Giveaway
From June 9th - June 14th, we will be participating in the market-level giveaway for a 2 ct Strip or 5 ct Nugget! Just like past market-level giveaways, anyone in the San Diego area is eligible to receive and redeem this reward! If a guest is experiencing issues with receiving the reward, please have them confirm that their location services in the Chick-fil-A App is turned on.
Summer Promotion
Starting Monday, June 9, through Saturday, August 16, Chick-fil-A welcomes summer with the next seasonal promotion featuring the Peach Platform, Chick-n-Strips, and Sauce. Additionally, Chick-fil-A has decided to extend the sale and promotion of the Pineapple Dragonfruit Platform through the 2025 Summer Promotion!
Chick-fil-A is also launching their “First to Enjoy” feature, where Chick-fil-A Red and Signature app users will be able to try the Peach Platform prior to the June 9 launch. This will be offered June 6 – 7 through the Chick-fil-A app only.
Sampling
We are going to start sampling at the restaurant! Our first sampling date will be 6/13. We’re working to increase our breakfast awareness, so we’ll be offering samples of our Chick-n-Minis throughout specific dayparts! Stay tuned for more information and training!
Luau on the Lawn Event!
On Thursday, June 12th from 5 PM - 7 PM, we will be hosting “Luau on the Lawn” at Liberty Station! This event will take place on the grass field behind the restaurant and we will have family friendly activities, music and more!
