Joshua’s catering was missing 6 chicken sandwiches, made a call and they will return at 6pm to pick them up ! Include a BOG for the inconvenience!!

Vanessa is coming in for a cob salad remake on the house

Hi guys! One of our regulars (Judy and Tim) came in today and ordered to go. Once they arrived home they realized they didn’t receive their 3 count strips. They called and I let them know that next time they come in they could get the strips remade for them.

Gabriela was missing her entire delux, I went ahead and sent her a reward for it already. (Not sure if I need to submit it elsewhere? But just in case she calls again.. it’s been sent!)

Patricia called in today she was a curbside order got the wrong sandwich, she ordered a chicken sandwich with extra pickles and got a sandwich with cheese and got a normal lemonade instead of a diet lemonade. She will come in tomorrow for her sandwich and her lemonade I also told her we will give her a BOG for the inconvenience 👍

Abraham called in today and stated he got the wrong order yesterday, he ordered four spicy deluxe meal with large fries and a medium drinks. He got three Chick-fil-A sandwiches with bacon and a four count strip instead. He is coming in today for a remake of his meals.
