The mop it is acting up. When you start it, everything is fine and it cleans regularly but then after about a minute or two, it stops sucking the water up. It was dumped out and refreshed with water but to no avail, continued to act up. Just wanted to let you know for your closing shift <@U08GSBTQJQY> and <@U08J1N2MLJ3> if you have any ideas on how to fix it?

Abraham called in today and stated he got the wrong order yesterday, he ordered four spicy deluxe meal with large fries and a medium drinks. He got three Chick-fil-A sandwiches with bacon and a four count strip instead. He is coming in today for a remake of his meals.

Hey guys! Due to the oil problem last night, I have noticed that a couple of the dishes on the dry rack had oil residue on them specifically the trays and a couple lemonade containers/lids. I re-washed the dishes I noticed were still dirty but if we could all keep an eye out for any remaining dishes that might possibly have residue on them that would be awesome!! Thank you!

Hey guys! Here’s a couple updates about the focus areas for training :)

Sarahi did really well on drinks/register yesterday and I believe she could be moved out of yellow to green for drinks and core 4! She engages with the guests well and keeps a smile on her face while intensively listening to them!

Sammie also did very well bagging yesterday, asking questions and communicating. I believe she deserves to be moved out of yellow on bagging as well!

The catering order for Alan Rodriguez at 12:45 pm 4/2/25 was successfully done. I delivered it on time and they also wanted it set up and displayed. There was one issue with the catering order, it stated that they didn’t want any paper goods, but they were upset when they didn’t have any plates for the food. I showed them the receipt and explained to them that we were sincerely sorry about the inconvenience but no paper goods were requested. (They did receive napkins and forks for their fruit cups) Overall, everything went well and the receptionist Jan was very polite and understanding.

Hey guys! Unfortunately we are not able to store the drained ice dream in the ice dream bucket. The bucket is for cleaning the ice dream machine and we are to store the remainder of the ice dream in a plastic storage container with a lid and label to keep it food safe/within food safety regulations.
