If a customer named Jayla comes in (she’s usually with her small daughter) asking for a food replacement, we can no longer replace it unless she physically shows us her food AND it has an issue with it. She has come a few times trying to get food replaced that she said she had an issue with, saying that she spoke with someone on the phone.

Tip: Use quotes for exact phrases, "from:username" to filter search results by user
