As a Chick-fil-A family, we were able to come together and donate $1,453 to the Valenzuela family to help with funeral costs. Our contribution was made through GoFundMe under Matt Hughes’ name.
In addition, we’ll be donating food for the funeral service to support the family during this difficult time. We’re truly honored to show care and compassion in this way — thank you all for being part of a team that leads with generosity and heart. ❤️

I just wanted to let everyone know that we’ve decided not to allow students to use our restrooms for now, due to the recent damage that’s been happening over the past couple of weeks.
If a student asks why, please let them know:
> Unfortunately, students are no longer allowed to use our restrooms due to ongoing damage.
Please take note of our updated store policies regarding restroom access and carry-out orders:
• No students are allowed to use the restroom. If they need to, please let them know they’ll need to return to their school.
• The restroom code has been removed from receipts.
• For carry-out orders, we’ll need to verify each student’s order and have them show their receipt before pickup.
New restroom code: 1977*

hello team! I have great news, we now only have to bring the curbside signs in on Saturday and put them on the other side as the closed on Sunday signs. Then we will just put them out Monday morning for the week ☺️ 🥳

I just want to remind you that when we take orders from our customers we have to:
• If they order any grill or strips items will take up to 5 min more than normal, since we are making by order
• Ask if they would like to scan their app
• If is Carry Out, remind them that once the order is ready it will be called on the pick up area
• and never forget to say MY PLEASURE!

hey guys, just in case you don’t know yet there’s a loaner name tag and loaner name tag check out sheet in my drawer. If they don’t return the name tag at end of shift they will be charged for it. Please make sure to add it to the sheet if they’re using the loaner, thank you!!

Posted in the office is a job aid on how to receive help on IT/facility/cooking equipment issues. Especially IT (registers, printers, KPS screens, etc…) CFA has support working 24/7 for whatever issues might occur. Don’t be afraid to reach out and put in a HELP ticket to get support.
Hi guys! Ive noticed a lot of team members leaving empty boxes throughout the kitchen.
Lets please try to remind the team that boxes need to be broken down, and taken to the back.

Hey guys, just a reminder we don’t have Sprite on the mobile drink station until we get a shipment! It should be coming tomorrow but just in case it doesn’t I have this little label on. I noticed it fell off today & we were serving sprite w no syrup for a but :/

The Quality team will be working on making extra Grill Nugg, Grill Filet and Strips on the peak time, please if you see an order more than 6 min please ask for the status of that item!

Remember, customers are first, lets apply the 2nd mile and try to make an amazing experience to each guest that arrives to the store!
