@channel Ace Coolers is coming out tomorrow morning at 6am to look at the ice machine. Keren is emptying it out and not turning it back on as they need it completely empty for tomorrow. They should be very quick and it will be able to be turned back on quickly.

Remaining two soda towers re-caulked. I bought clear caulking as advised, but it's not clear?? Shouldn't really matter though.

<@U08GNB3U2AC> <@U08GNB1PETS> found some ants running along the building, coming from our back trash cans, also rat droppings on one of the trash can dollies. Not really a surprise since it's outside. I'm not sure what the protocol is for pest control here, but I just wanted to bring an awareness to it in case it's something that we have to request.

The backups are in this cabinet in the front of house. We have large, and XL (three and four dots). I replaced one of the gaskets for the medium cups with because they were slipping out.

Side note: I've noticed that the three dot gaskets when they're brand new are small enough to hold medium cups, and are a little too tight on the big cups, and the big cups end up ripping the gasket out. We also have the four dot gaskets, I saw the chart that you posted Jeffrey, maybe the four dot gaskets were erroneously sent as part of the opening package, and we don't actually need them? Or perhaps they would work better with the bigger cups and we could use the three dot gaskets for a medium cups until they run out?

There's ice build up on our CO2 tank. I'm not sure if this has been looked into yet or not, but I want to check and see if it's part of normal operation... I know it's been more humid lately, so maybe that's why it's freezing like that. I can give the manufacturer a call, unless you already have an update on it <@U08GNB3U2AC>

I was able to screw it most of the way in for now, but I have a hunch that it's going to come loose again. I'll bring some drywall anchors next time I come, probably next week.

<@U08GNB3U2AC> looks like it's about time to clean the vents here again. I'll see about getting an hour to clean them next week.

The caulking around the men's toilet is in disrepair. I'll see if I can get to it next time I have some maintenance time at Liberty, if we don't have somebody else come do it first.

We had a bunch left over from the grand opening. Not sure where they may be now. The gaskets should last several years though before they get loose. They are very expensive to replace.

Anthony Salsberry September 24, 2025 at 03:53 PM

Lol, yeah I'm here this morning. I'll take a look at the scope of the work to determine if we can fix it with the tools we have on hand, or if it's something we need to call our contractor about.

Anthony Salsberry September 24, 2025 at 03:51 PM

I'll check and see if we have additional gaskets in the cabinet. If not, I'll order some for backups. Over time the silicone loses its elasticity, which results in the cups pushing themselves out. I'll check to make sure that the cups are in the right dispensers as well.

Thank you!
