We had a bunch left over from the grand opening. Not sure where they may be now. The gaskets should last several years though before they get loose. They are very expensive to replace.

The gaskets are for certain types of cups. Use the guide below to ensure the cups are being placed in the right gaskets. In the picture you showed, it looks like the top row of large cups are having the issues. My guess is that normally is medium cups up there. <@U08GNB1PETS>

Posted in the office is a job aid on how to receive help on IT/facility/cooking equipment issues. Especially IT (registers, printers, KPS screens, etc…) CFA has support working 24/7 for whatever issues might occur. Don’t be afraid to reach out and put in a HELP ticket to get support.
