Hey guys! Today Sammie made a comment in front of customers using a sensitive word that isn’t appropriate at chick fil a. I was able to turn the interaction around but I wanted make you guys aware that these side comments are happening and to be alert if you hear anymore.

i have had this happen as well, as well as team members making inappropriate jokes and having attitude in front of/with guests

thank you for keeping us informed! i will also keep an ear open to our team members convos to ensure they’re work appropriate, especially in front of guests!
