• Does your team have any regular standing meetings that improve communication? I.e. sharing customer feedback, sharing what worked well to resolve complaints, etc.

@Leanna Lee - I had to do a factory reset on my computer which cleared my cache/cookies, so that may have triggered something?

I did appeal the decision (which led to the permanent restriction), but there's simply no way to contact customer service if you can't log in that I know of 😕

Flow club is great for virtual coworking, like focusmate but instead of 1:1 you're with a group of people and a 'host' leading the group and playing music. Flow club is $40/month and focusmate is $10/mo. You may also want to look into coworking spaces which are around $150/mo - steep but you can always claim these as business expenses. When I used to FT freelance I would read through their blog or the vertical they were asking for pitches in, then come up with a few ideas. It can be time consuming but in my experience works better than sending a generic message. Re:backlog, yes sometimes I would recycle old ideas that had been rejected/not responded to - but coming up with something new usually worked best
