Anyone have a good high-level content strategy template that they like? (Or an example deck, etc, if not a template exactly.) Specifically for presentation to C Suite / board — so, basically, for an audience that goes beyond the marketing department / goes beyond folks who already understand marketing and content. Interested in seeing how others have structured content strategy presentations in a concise & clear way for folks who don’t think about these things day in and day out!

@Eric Doty (Superpath) this is the one I was looking at! So glad you mentioned it haha

Hi all — I’m looking for recommendations for user-friendly podcast EDITING platforms (that aren’t Adobe Audition) — anyone have suggestions? 😊

Presently I’m using a weird combination of Monday + google docs + Notion (Notion is my favorite because I like to build out custom databases for things like boilerplate content & topic ideas in there in addition to using it for content calendars and such but the rest of the company uses Monday .com or just google docs so it’s a bit harder to share things internally when I build them out in Notion 😅 )

Not trying to self promo here but I wrote about this recently! For Google SGE at least, some SEO experts believe optimizing your brand’s Knowledge Graph panel will help get your brand included in AI generated results (with fewer hallucinations) — the article is here, if you’re interested @Margaret :

For those managing content on small teams (or a ‘team’ of one!), what processes/tools/platforms/systems/general ways of organizing everything have been invaluable to you as you scale & bring in more guest writers / freelancers / staff?

I’m revisiting some existing processes/systems/tools to hopefully make scaling content production a smoother process for all involved so just looking for some general inspiration (links to any good Content Ops resources/podcasts/frameworks/templates/dashboards in general are also more than welcome! 😊)

And they do it twice a year, April & October usually.

I go to BrightonSEO fairly regularly in the UK! They have content tracks as well. :)

I’m hoping to do some public speaking & guest articles related to my work, it’s just… so hard to find time for these sorts of ‘extracurriculars’ that are still nevertheless work related haha 😅

More directly related to day to day work, though, I’m hoping to build out more streamlined processes into our content marketing efforts to make it easier to scale.

I’ve been thinking of some kind of a headless solution as well, but does anything exist where that content can be deployed not only on web pages but also in say, PDFs and presentation decks easily? @Koa Elder

Any thoughts / recommendations for the best platform to build a content database on? (Have used Notion and Airtable and some custom built databases before for similar purposes but I feel like there are likely better options out there!) … basically to build reusable ‘content blocks’ that are very organized and to create an easily searchable database of tagged content assets (written and images/videos/pdfs/etc).

Ideally one that also has a sort of ‘drag and drop’ or ‘auto-fill’ tool that can populate text into various documents across multiple platforms.
