To some point yes. And we used bots to suggest the relevant article according to according to their query. But many queries were irrelevant and out of scope. Usually a very specific question that only works in a particular scenarik.

We used it. Most of the query comes from the blog post article. Instead of leaving the comment, they use the chatbots to ask the question. In midst of content related query, we get few sales queries.

Hacking Attack. Breeze is an ecommerce hosting platform. if we get hack, it means stores and their customer's data is not safe -- which leads to multiple compliant failures and penalties. So any hacking or vulnerability is high priority for our brand.

I have a Google Sheet filled with Links to all the important Google Sheets and Docs, with Subsheets for seperate departments. All the marketing sheet and docs links in one sub-sheet and finance in another subsheet. I call it my master sheet. I will never find anything if I lost this sheet. 😅

I redesigned two websites without losing any rankings. For ServerGuy.com, we even changed the page builder from Divi to Elementor. Breeze.io did not have much traffic but we did not lose any of that either.

The trick to do it make all the redesigning on the stage, and when everything is done -- make the switch. We maintained a sheet to track the important pages (ranking on the first page).

Tbh small sites do not get affected that much, unless you really do it poorly. Large sites (above 1000 pages) have to take extra care.

I don't have any experience in asking, but lots of in answering. Tbh lots of questions are so broad, feels like author want the pitchers to write the article for them. Some ask 5-6 questions in a single pitch.

Well, I understand companies run webinars to capture leads, but all the webinars I joined literally does not provide any value. Its 40 minutes down the drain -- first 5-10 minute sin introduction and telling what I am going to learn from this webinar - and pitching the product - then 20 minutes of PPT around the topic of the webinar (but again using the product or service) -- and finally several minutes of q/a -- and then pitching the product again or selling the course. Its funnels all the way down.

A live working session is what I want to see, but not many people do that. Like a content marketer coming live, and making a content strategy live. There will be not much talking, and more like showing the process of doing thing. It will be long, but it will be of value, as you get to see how the person did the thing, instead of the person telling me how he usually do the thing.
