Hello friends, I am Faizan - content manager at Breeze. A b2b SaaS product for Magento Hosting. Similar to what Kinsta offer for WordPress, we do for Magento. I manage everything content - email writing, Knowledgebase, inhouse documentation, chatbots, social media, cold outreach, blogs, copywriting, event creatives, video scripts etc. So, yes, I have generalized skill set in b2b tech space.
