Do we have any native French content strategists in here? Not for SEO—but someone who can help do actual market research (topic is for ecommerce email marketing automation/sms), interview ICPs, and come up with a content strategy for downloadable assets, something like a white paper or research report. Would be like a French market consultant. I am half French and speak it and will support but would love to collab with someone who already has deep understanding of French B2B buyers.

Hey agency folks: A huge potential client (been at the contract signing phase for a few weeks) is asking to see accountability on our part in the contract (we do SEO). We have a clause that says:

SEO-related Services are purely based on theory of current search engine algorithms and best practices, and FCM does not guarantee the effectiveness of Services for increasing search engine rankings.

That's there mainly to cover our asses in case something goes wrong, the client is asking:

We would like to see accountability on Flying Cats' to add a KPI on expected Traffic - New Users to this clause* *and remove/edit this current term. Your teams have made estimations on the traffic potential in the proposal and following advice, we would need to see this outlined in this contract under Clause Eight.

What would you do in this case?

Hey all—we handover the ownership of all content to our clients, but sometimes our writers ask if they can include what they've written in their portfolios. I don't have anything against it, but would rather ask the client first since they technically own the content. Is it okay to ask the client that or totally uncouth?
