modash.io! I might be biased (I contribute in blog content) but the pricing, features, and company transparency is top-notch. Most other popular IM tools rope you in yearly contracts and require demos to reveal pricing. The database is also limited in 99% of them--here every creator with 1k+ followers is present!

The sweet spot is writing about freelancing which is relevant to your target audience i.e. content heads. Topics like, “how can content heads improve their workflow to work with freelancers?” or “how can content marketing managers ensure they get the best out of their freelancers?”

I use Harlow to manage all my projects and love it! I use it in addition to Trello (because I can embed links in Trello, Harlow doesn’t have that feature yet). Harlow covers pretty much every other need—invoicing, tracking invoices, staying on top of deadlines, time tracker, etc

I use Trello to track all my freelance work and find it's super great—flexible to customize, yet not overwhelming. Many freelancers also use Notion. I'd recommend trying those apps
