that’s a great point! I think you need to make a choice: are you telling a story (with drama) or are you giving info (like a how-to)? There was sooo much we wanted to share on Onboarding Joei that we took out because it wasn’t serving the story.

just saw this @Aazar! Great job for starting this series. Indeed you have a charismatic host so that’s great. I think right now the format feels a little more like a how-to/explainer video than a reality show with a storyline, obstacles and desires, like a series. Missing a bit of emotional stakes. That’s totally fine as a format, but just making this comment because you mentioned being inspired by our Onboarding series 🙂

@Elena Luchita we’ve just started using it for 1 month or so - I’d say it’s very easy to use. Everything is straightforward there isn’t much of a learning curve. I don’t know if it’s the way our dev configured it but I don’t like how articles/tags/authors/homepage are all in one place and there isn’t an easier way to group things. it also depends on where you’re coming from. Before joining 360Learning I was using Hubspot for 4 years and I really loved the lead management aspect and the ability to track how content plays a role in the lead lifecycle. Prismic is just a CMS so I’m missing a lot of the lead gen capabilities of HubSpot. Having said that, it’s a huge upgrade from the custom CMS that I inherited which was a nightmare and I couldn’t make any changes without going through a developer.

thanks for sharing your promo strategy @Ashly Stewart - always keen to know how other companies are handling distribution. leveraging PR for specific blog posts << how do you find the ROI of this? my past experience is it’s a huge time drain with limited results - makes me think we haven’t been doing it right

Hi everyone, bit of a plug but I really want to share the brand new blog we just launched and get your feedback - the whole project took 3 months - had to implement a new tool stack (Prismic), a brand new design, and whole new editorial plan, dealing with difficult developers…🙈
also interested to know what everybody’s blog promotion strategy is these days if anyone’s interested to go down that rabbit hole!
