Our survey results will be released this week or next and we will share!

Hi Mary! I’ve done a bit of work in trucking and consider myself a car enthusiast. I am well versed in B2B. I’m interesting in learning more. I’ll pm.

We are trying to figure out what’s really going on here and are surveying our network to figure out if it’s “fake news.” Please take the short survey and let us know what you’re seeing so we can publish results! https://qfreeaccountssjc1.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9vjSoRcM1xV7530?ck_subscriber_id=19724[…]ow+is+AI+affecting+content+people%3F%20-%2010902873

I, for one, am always glad to meet people who love doing strategy. I really prefer to be on the creation side! Occasionally I have clients coming to me needing content strategy and am not always sure who to connect them with. I’d love to learn more about what you’re offering, Jenna!

I can help too!

#freelance-gigs - November 29, 2021 at 06:05 PM

I specialize in case studies! Sending you a DM

Do you mean terms and conditions like a contract? Or terms and conditions like a doc about scope of services? I recommend hiring a business lawyer to create a custom contract for you

It depends a lot on the subject matter, too. I could write on certain topics and do it easily with those expectations... especially if it was for the same client and the same space. On other topics, especially very technical ones, it would be challenging. Basically I think it's maybe fine and maybe not... without knowing more info about your particular case. I agree with @Rebekah Edwards that the management heirarchy is pretty much irrelevant.

#general - October 21, 2021 at 03:49 PM

That's do-able, but it's a lot. I'm curious if you have other responsibilities (which I would expect you do if you're working in-house). If all you have to do is write three articles per week, it is doable, but i don't know how sustainable it is just because you might get quite bored (i would!). Plus it's stressful to have those super tight deadlines.

#general - October 20, 2021 at 11:17 PM

I've seen teams use Quip, CoSchedule, Airtable, Asana... !

#general - October 20, 2021 at 06:27 PM

I would categorize it as such. It sounds like a case study/customer story or at least a narrative piece. Not sure of the context you're using it for.

#writing-feedback - October 20, 2021 at 06:25 PM

Yep, I also would.

#freelance-gigs - October 11, 2021 at 05:17 PM

you might consider SaaS products that have some kind of financial angle! so many of them do. might be a natural way in.

#freelance-gigs - October 06, 2021 at 04:30 PM

Hi @Will Waggoner! I freelanced for Campaign Monitor for years and probably wrote/edited many of the posts you're trying to update. I'd love to jump in and help if I can. I'll apply.

#freelance-gigs - September 30, 2021 at 05:58 PM

Hey Collin! This might be a good one for me. Going to send you a DM.

#freelance-gigs - September 08, 2021 at 09:04 PM

DMed you

#job-listings - September 21, 2020 at 05:06 PM

I don't have a data science or analytics background, so I might not be a good fit. I do have experience writing reports based on data that has already been analyzed. You can take a look at my website at http://storiesby.us/.

#job-listings - September 21, 2020 at 04:29 PM

Hi Jane! I might be able to help, and if I can't I can probably connect you with someone who can. Send me an email at emma@storiesbyemma.co|emma@storiesbyemma.co if you're interested.

#CJE3XC0H3-announcements - August 17, 2020 at 07:00 PM

LOVE THIS. I once completed an unpaid writing "test" that took me 20 hours... and the hiring manager never got back to me! Filling this out now...

#job-listings - August 03, 2020 at 07:52 PM

Hi Elizabeth. I know someone who might be able to do this! If you can't find anyone, send me a message and I'll send over his contact info

#job-listings - July 02, 2020 at 02:56 AM

Thank you. Hi Jonathan, this is a specialty of mine! I’ll email you. In the mean time you can learn more about me at http://storiesby.us/

#job-listings - June 17, 2020 at 10:11 PM

Arina! Thanks for tagging me and the compliments. I do have a standard rate for 2,000 word posts. Brooklin, I’ll send you an email.

#CJE3XC0H3-announcements - March 24, 2020 at 06:25 PM

Yeah, I think that's true. It's easy for companies to click a button and make things "free," but I've found webinars , Zoom calls, Slack channels to be more compelling. But I always do!

#job-listings - March 23, 2020 at 04:48 PM

Whoa, lots of calls for freelancers! I can help. I'll DM the ones that are good fits :)

#CJE3XC0H3-announcements - March 20, 2020 at 07:50 PM

Nice to see you both 🙂 ❤️

#CJE3XC0H3-announcements - March 20, 2020 at 05:31 PM

Hi all! I'm Emma! I joined this group ages ago, but then went on maternity leave, and then went back to work and all my Slack channels kind of left my world. Jimmy tweeted about this group offering support during this time, and I had to come back. I specialize in case studies, longform content, and web copy-- mostly for SaaS companies but also some consumer tech. Thanks for having me!
