Hi everyone, I’m Joan. I have 5 years of experience working in content as a researcher, writer and editor, and I currently manage content production for an internet publishing company focused on education and lifestyle content.

A big part of my work involves improving workflows and processes and experimentation with generative AI tools to scale content production without compromising quality.

I’m hoping to do more freelance or full-time work involving content writing, planning, and strategy for brands in the technology, lifestyle, and education sectors.
