It's actually pretty good for a general application. the pacing/tempo need a bit of playing with, but it's extremely close to if you hired a voiceover person off fiver.

I'm Clayton out of NC. I do business development and email marketing, with a strong sprinkling of copywriting thrown in. I'm new to the freelance game through a surprise invitation to do something better. I have a lot of professional history in real estate and finance so always happy to talk about those topics.

I went through my LinkedIn of people that looked like they had gone through a similar experience and just sent a short outreach message to set up a time to talk. That worked really well for me
