I’m also from the B2B SaaS world, and we split the responsibility between the content marketing team (my team) and the digital marketing team. Besides being responsible for the content respectively tech side of things, the content team owns the blog while the digital team focuses on product pages etc; though product marketing necessarily needs to be involved, too. This split approach has its perks but bears the risk of being misaligned re goals and priorities – so it really is key to closely work together, keeping each other posted on efforts to work together effectively AND efficiently. I like the RACI suggestion!
