I deal with swag for a lot of events. one approach that has worked for me is to try and partner with local brands or small businesses and create a unique collab between them and our brand. a lot of ppl travel for conferences so taking something uniquely local always seems to be appreciated and it can be a conversation starter too. I have done leather items, hot sauces, dish clothes, candles... just to give you an idea...it will be different AND you will be supporting a local business instead of mass producing something that will likely end up at the bottom of a backpack or tote bag. 🙂
