Hey hey Superpath! I am writing an article for the Slite blog and newsletter on the challenges junior employees face in remote work. I was wondering if you’d be willing to share:
• how your remote team builds in mentorship for interns and junior hires
• whether you see a difference in challenges across departments (marketing vs. product, etc)
• advice for managers
Also, feel free to challenge the thesis - that it’s harder for junior employees to thrive from a distance. Thanks! 😄

Hey all! I’m Melanie, and I’m a content marketer at Slite, a knowledge base startup originally founded in Paris, now with a remote team all over the world. I used to work with @Jimmy Daly (Superpath) and a couple other folks here @ Animalz, and after taking a few years off to pursue an MFA and work on a novel, I’m excited to dive back into SaaS content while also balancing creative work.
