@Devon thanks! We do generally use Hubspot for NPS, but I've also had clients who use Intercom surveys for it. It's one of the less frequently used clean-up options I use, but it's something to consider.

Also recommend customer interviews! They can be super valuable to find out where your target customer "hangs out" online. I also see who they're following on various platforms and use that as indicators (this part is more manual though)

There are a few things I like to do:
• Move unsubscribes and bounces to non-marketing once a month (you can do this under Billing > Useage and Limits > Manage marketing contacts), or in a workflow
• Some other criteria we use are: cancelled account, low NPS score (if the followup/save emails didn't work), and then haven't opened an email from us in 6/8/12 months depending on how aggressive you want to cut your list (this is probably the biggest area to cut down on marketing contacts)

Can you check your Google Analytics to see if there are any sources in there that you haven't accounted for? Also, if Pipedrive lets you track page visits on your site and connect those to a contact, that is usually helpful (I know you can in Hubspot).
On a very manual level, can you email or call those contacts and ask where they found you? Even if you just get one or two to reply (offering a giftcard if you need to), that can give you some good insights into if it's a new source or a broken tracking link.

Can you show it as a "sneak preview" or "this is what we're working on, would love to add you to the beta when it's live." I also would say just to give a buffer in the "it will be ready on X date," just in case delays pop up (which they often do!)

I usually view the preview of the email from hubspot (opens in a browser window), then inspect and copy/paste from there.

✋ yes to Inbound! I've attended the HubSpot conference probably 5 times now? It is one of my favs, but I'm a no-shame HubSpot fan girl 🤓
It is HUGE, there are multiple sessions in every time slot, and you really do need to book your sessions ahead of time so you get a spot in the room. Now that it's so busy, it's essential - there's a lot to choose from, but less flexibility in your day.
The biggest pluses for me were being able to find sessions that fit exactly the pain or challenge I was having, or the unique role that I had in my organization. Also - the people, both speakers and fellow attendees are great, I had a ton of really good conversations with people "spoke the same language" and it was fun to nerd out on all things marketing/revops/HubSpot.
Cons: it is EXPENSIVE. The conference itself is "average" pricing, but hotels get $$$$$. Also, not being able to change your day and possibly missing sessions that are "sold out" can be frustrating.
Keep me posted either way! I've never been to MozCon, but excited to hear what others think on that as well!

I've done a bit for two different companies. You want to really target your message - the voice/messaging and audience is a lot different that other audiences. It drove traffic and leads/signups for both small biz owners and developers (two audiences I tested), but the tricky thing was setting up tracking so that we can do proper attribution.
