Background info:
The pandemic taught us all how to work well in remote teams, and the current economic downturn has taught marketing teams to do more with less. Of course, GenAI can help generate more content faster, but without strategic alignment and quality.
As growth picks up again, brands aren’t reverting to the old way of organizing work. The content team has been changed forever.
⛰️ The challenge: Content teams need to learn how to scale while keeping a remote team aligned with strategy and with much higher efficiency.
We all know Gen AI makes our lives easier in many ways, and I'm not here to argue whether it's ethical, logical, or effective. I'm here to talk about what normal looks like these days in B2B content operations, even if AI is included.
It's no secret that content and marketing teams are leaner than ever before, but how does that work in 2024?
Tell me what changes you're seeing across your marketing operations. What are you focusing on? How are you making it work with less resources, bandwidth, headcount, etc?

Write for those you want to hire you. Of course when writing about what you know, it'll attract freelancer writers too and that's ok. That shows your authority and knowledge. But speak to the pain points of your target clients and where content fits in.
