Hello all!
I'm struggling to build a habit of generating and refining ideas because it feels awkward and boring. Sitting and thinking doesn't feel rewarding.
I've done tests that show I might have mild autism and possibly ADD, which affect my focus. Or maybe I'm just overstimulated from too much smartphone use.
Living alone means I have to handle unpredictable house and life tasks, making it hard to stick to a routine.
Despite this, I want to make the most of my free time to improve my solo work since I do better in a team, but I'm not joining one soon. Looking for advice to create a routine or schedule I enjoy. (That last word is very important for me - and I have tried every productivity hack under the sun so now I am looking inside Slack caves for solutions!)

Another auDHDer here! I second building in deadlines and body doubling time. Google calendar and alarms on my phone aldo keep me in check (because I experience time blindness - esp if I hyper focus on a project).
