Hey all! I’m embarking on a project with my VA to clean up my internal processes and systems — create a file for each of my clients (with their invoice info, style guidelines, whatever), organize alllll of my clips into a nicer portfolio so I can easily pull links to send potential clients, etc. Anyone have tips or ideas that have worked for you on how to organize this kind of stuff?

Many people use Notion for client file organization. I use clippings.me for my portfolio. They have a free version, it's easy to organize all your links into separate sections, etc. But people also use Notion for their portfolio.

I’m a Notion fan! I use it for portfolios, client “docks,” project management and so on. It takes more setup on the front end, but it’s super customizable and can be as simple or complex as you want (or need).

Google drive may help. Great for collaboration

Contra might help organize client projects + then add them to your portfolio

Hey @Hailey Hudson I've tried a lot of different tools from Dubsado, and CoachAccountable to Trello and Basecamp (I'm sure there are others), but like the previous suggestions, I keep coming back to Notion. I recently found some really good Client portal and Freelancer Dashboard templates for Notion on Etsy. Woot!
