Why does it seem like every marketing job that gets posted is either an unpaid internship or a CMO role? Where's the in-between?

From my understanding, those sort of roles are typically shopped around internally/through networks to get a strong (trusted) referral

This hasn't been my experience. I've found many content writer, copywriter, and freelance writer roles on sites like Indeed, Glassdoor, and ZipRecruiter.

I feel like I rarely see these tbh! There's plenty of jobs posted at all kinds of levels.
