Just had someone tell me I should not include too many of my pictures on my website because it might create a bias. And I was like wtf??
I have only 2 images of my own. But, is it really true? Showing your face will affect decisions?
It's your website. Of course you want to create bias in your favor.

Ignore this person you spoke to, I’ve never heard such rubbish. You want a photo so people can see the human behind the business. Business sites with no photos of the employees (especially service businesses) always raise a (negative) question in my mind.
Ignore. I took a course where the teacher said I needed to swap out my social media profile pic for something more "professional" but the guy used a Plato bust wearing sunglasses for his. Sooo......
Def show yourself. Companies want to see your personality more than ever and especially if you are looking for collaborations in which your image matters, that will matter
