Is anyone offering repurposing as a service?

I'd love to hear more about how you've decided on your price point and how you've operationalized it. Cheers!

Context: I run a small content writing agency for CX companies and I've recently had a few prospects ask if we can help with repurposing content for LinkedIn. Trying to figure out where to start...

writing an article and making a template on this - Justin Simon has been a great resource! https://www.linkedin.com/posts/justincsimon_contentdistribution-contentstrategy-conte[…]345762971648-tE-Q?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop

@John Doherty's been doing this really well for his agency, too!

We’ve been doing a bunch of SEO content updating stuff, and now AI-generated content editing, but not repurposing of content. My friend James at https://trycastaway.com/ does it tho

I've been working on an industry based newsletter for a super niche market the past couple of months, and our most effective strategy has been to repurpose content from the newsletter as a teaser for LinkedIn. Granted it's part of my day job and not my freelancing stuff, so I haven't had to price it up...

We have seen some growth as a direct response in the form of subscriber growth, but we've actually seen massive growth in terms of LinkedIn followers. We're already close to overtaking well established industry sites and are being spoken about in market as well.

In terms of operationalising it though:

One of the things i've found that works well is pulling out the key points and making more medium-form content for LinkedIn.

I guess it really depends on the goal of repurposing how you would go about creating a workflow and stuff - happy to chat about this further though
