I don’t see anything on LinkedIn/content communities about the Ops of content:
• how many freelancers?
• what’s automated?
• if we diagrammed out the stages of creating content what would it look like?
• where are the bottle necks?
Does anyone want to talk about the nitty gritty content ops stuff and compare processes?
I manage Instrumentl’s content engine and would love to swap notes. 😊
