Hi everyone, looking for some resources/advice on how to approach creating a marketing strategy (in terms of budget, timelines, and goals) for a research company that's 10 years into the game and has never done any type of marketing before. I do have a basic idea in mind, but I'm also looking for some tips from more experienced people.
