Hi all! š I'm looking to connect with content managers/Directors of Content who might have insight in building a B2B content engine from the ground up. (Context: I'm currently serving in an advisory content creation role for a startup with an impressive budget/portfolio, but very little structure to their editorial process.)
We have a lot of bugs and quirks to get through before we can have confident, repeatable content processes. I'd love to chat strategy or browse resources that might be helpful. (Already listening to a few Superpath podcasts! š)
