Hey, I have a client that needs an Onboarding Guide, but there are very custom parts to onboarding depending on a set of criteria. Outside of creating a guide per criteria set -- are there any tools that might enable this? I'm thinking 65% of the doc is the same, but then the person self-selects specifics about themselves, which then returns that version of the document? Like an interactive, modular doc - does anything come to mind?
Is it an in-app onboarding guide or something that a CSM would send to a new account?
Typically the conversations are happening through Instagram DM. So, my client is copying and pasting currently the right set of responses, based on the audience's criteria. The goal with the Guide (which does not need to be in a doc format necessarily), is to speed up this process by delivering the right set of responses. Ideally, we want to keep the experience in Instagram.
Ah interesting. I was going to suggest (where I work) but it might be a little "heavy" for that use case.
You can create templated onboarding workspaces/portals for each customer and then turn on/off different sections of the content. But you wouldn't be able to have the customer automatically select some criteria and that happen — someone at the company would have to turn the sections on/off.
