Hey #general, just wanted to ask if , , and posts that I write can also be counted as my portfolio of copywriting?

Definitely! I think they are a great way to showcase your personal brand/style. Best case scenario for us writers, we want to work with aligned brands and cover topics that we are passionate about/experts in. Your personal Medium or LinkedIn articles are an opportunity to create thought leadership pieces and showcase your expertise in the niches you want to target. Of course - you also need to showcase your published works with real clients, so make sure to include both.
