Hello Folks
I need a lil guidance.
One of my clients gets anxious when there is a lot of text so I try to use visuals like flowcharts, icons, etc.
I am doing marketing ops for this client wherein one of the tasks requires me to analyze gaps & provide feedback on the existing 'Client Flow' (the process from lead gen to paying client)
How can I make my feedback (basically that consists of questions, scope of improvement & alternate options) more visual to make it less overwhelming for my client?
Or it cannot be done...
Your thoughts and insights would be much appreciated 🙏

Have you tried bulleted lists? Sometimes that can help break up a wall of text in places where there isn't a lot of visuals

I highly recommend
. Draw out a flow and annotate it to highlight where any flaws/gaps are, and your recommendations for improvement. In my experience leadership love this kind of presentation
