does anyone have recommendations for social listening tools they use? I've heard that there are also some for salespeople to help their personal brand with content...

@Kisha Velazquez what are social listening tools? Is it like Mention? So when someone mentions u on social media, you get notified. ?

I've used RivalIQ, Radian6 and they were ok. If I remember correctly, it was hard to get LinkedIn data (which is often the case). Hootsuite was also pretty useful. Buzzsumo is not exactly a social listening tool but it looks out on forums as well. Another one I thought was interesting was Nuvi.

@Saurabh, exactly. Thanks for reminding me about Mention. Other suggestions I got are sprinklr. Looking for insights from anyone currently using a tool to see if it's worth the investment of time and money. Thanks!
