Hey there!
We want to put together a branded and interactive decision tree. The overarching goal is to set up our sales team’s calls for success with prospects.. There are quite a few points to consider with one popular major hardware provider in our industry, and sales often spends 10-15 mins explaining this on every call. Also, we already have some educational, long-form blogs on the topic.

We built something like this about 5 years ago. It was slightly different in that it would recommend the tier of our product for them (B2B SaaS.) We ran demand gen campaigns for it and sent it out in the pre-discovery call email so that prospects could get a better idea of the questions we were going to ask and their area of need.
Unfortunately, we found very few people would actually take the time to go through the questions before the call. They just wanted to get on the phone and talk through their experiences, etc.
That’s not to say that it couldn’t work in a different industry, but that was just our experience. 😐
