An organized Gmail inbox can give massive boost in productivity by using its inbuilt features and free extensions. Some of the in-built features I use frequently are merging multi inboxes in one to send and receive emails without checking multiple email accounts. Second, sharing email load with others. Through "Accounts and Import" I can share email send access with my colleagues to handle outreach tasks behalf of me. Third, I use Canned responses to standardize my outgoing emails faster. I use free extensions named, Gmass for personalized bulk email and Streak for streamline different organizational processes.
