anyone got any great examples of timely, empathetic COVID marketing they've seen?

I started collecting examples of "COVID-19 marketing" done well. I figured it would be a helpful resource, so it's now an Airtable base - you can find 80+ examples of COVID-aware marketing spanning the gamut from SEO to thought-leadership to product marketing

please add your own examples! 🙌

This is awesome! Mine have all been email campaigns. I turned a few of the emails into a blog post, so added it in there. 👍

@Brendan Hufford the emails I've seen from you have been great 🎉

❤️ REALLY appreciate that @Ryan Law! Now that we're done with them, I'm stoked to get started on the thing I DM'ed you about. 😉

The way that Crowdriff approached this was really lovely. Their customers are heavily impacted by this: https://twitter.com/janessalantz/status/1245449511381741568?s=20

HubSpot has also rolled out some very meaningful changes: https://www.hubspot.com/en-us/coronavirus-response

-- reduced prices/increased limits -- most of their customers are SMBs, so again a very hard sit sector
-- commission advances for resellers in their partner network

Not just content, it's putting $$$ money behind it

Rand Fishkin collected a few good ones https://sparktoro.com/blog/read-the-room/

@Janessa Lantz, VP of Marketing at dbt Labs wow, the HubSpot program is great! I'd only seen their messaging around INBOUND, which has been very "meh" - this is way more rigorous and thoughtful

@Alan Cassinelli nice, some great examples in there too! "Le Whopper de la Quarantaine" is amazing haha

I do not envy anyone trying to communicate around a 20,000+ person event in August. Like...who the hell knows what life will be like then?

events teams in general just....whew...

I've been following SaaStock closely because a friend works there, and yeah - so much respect and empathy for everything they're working through: https://venturebeat.com/2020/03/21/ceo-diary-what-its-like-to-run-a-company-remotely/

This is an awesome resource, thank you @Ryan Law ! I shared a few pieces we’ve gotten good feedback on. It doesn’t seem like there’s a way to add a company that isn’t on the list though. I also loved the response from The Knot—not sure if they blogged about it but their CMO announced on twitter that they set up a 24/7 hotline for couples canceling/postponing their weddings.

Too cool! And useful. Thank you. 🙌 Under "Just for fun," I added something an agency here in Chatt created. I love love love the way it informs and equips folks here to take care of one another. https://www.chattanooga.is/

This is great! I was on the hunt for a piece I'm writing. Thanks, @Ryan Law!
