Hi, all!

I’m Joanna, a freelance remote Content Strategist and Writer with a side gig as an English/Polish Localization Expert. I specialize in B2B tech, with a focus on SaaS, HubSpot, AI, and language learning.

Previously, I worked in telecom and network management, creating user, admin, marketing, and training documentation before transitioning to freelance. I've planned, written, and distributed a wide range of content, from email workflows through customer success stories to website copy and wireframes. For the last 7 years, I've been working with several steady clients who have been with me since day one.

I'm here hoping to find new freelance projects (but I'm also open to part-time or full-time roles as a Head of Content or Digital Marketing Manager), bringing my expertise in content strategy, team leadership, and broader marketing initiatives. But also to meet new people and exchange ideas and experiences 👋
