New backup paper goods bin in van, In case we forget something for a guest's order: forks, spoons, knives, plates, various bags, and 8 oz sauces.
•please replace what you take out, as soon as you get back to the restaurant.
•please check the dates on 8 oz sauces before you take one from the bin, to make sure it's not expired. I'll be doing my best to make sure the inventory is rotated consistently
