Hey everyone, could someone maybe recommend a good Klaviyo freelancer?

6 months ago we hired an all-round marketing manager who ended up doing a lot of Klaviyo. He is currently assisted by email agency Polaris, but I’m quite unhappy about the value-for-money, so we plan to restructure this into having just one expert dealing with this.

I sometimes also find it challenging to assess the quality of a freelancer or agency. If anyone has suggestions or a clear process, like a checklist, for evaluating them, it would be really helpful to hear.

There is a lot of mediacro stuff on Upwork, but we get in touch with good agencies and people, that we can then use to expand our network. We are currently working with one that left an agency we worked a bit with, and he is super and 100% part of the team.

But again, it comes down to the people - we just have a hard time finding the right profile within the Nordics, as very few have such specufuc experience

we found 2 quite good candidates via seeded Tiktok videos so far! My problem with Upwork is that it’s freelancers, more than real team members who only work for us and are in it for the long run… But maybe that’s an outdated view of Upwork? Haven’t used it for a whlie

@Kasper - LABFRESH we usually work with remote people - in our experience, this is such a hard role to fill.

Try upwork as well, can also share it with our CCO if he knows someone.
