We use Growave - I can’t justify Trustpilot costs even though our more nasty customers go on there to leave bad reviews if we don’t do exactly what they want which is annoying. growave combines reviews and a loyalty programme which we think is great value for money, they also have fantastic customer service

Twice in the last 6 months (2 different agencies) our agency has gone wild on ad spend in a short space of time (so before i'd had time to run the numbers) with terrible ROAS results. Both times they went out of budget and agreed CPA/ROAS targets. They spent money with no results and I have literally just poured money down the drain. The first time it happened I reckon we lost around £20-£25k and the second time around £10k - who is accountable for this? I buy the ads directly from google and meta and just pay the agency the management fee so I can't get the money back from them. I refused to pay a month's management fee but at £2k the first time (and switched agencies) but it barely covered the spend - what would you suggest?

We are not at the same spend as you guys - only £30k per month but we pay £1.7k per month for ads management on Meta and Google and then we pay a freelance designer £500 per month to create 10 ads per week

I want to make a hire of someone to support me with managing and looking at our cashflow forecast on a regular basis (once a week) and support financial strategy for the growth of the business etc but really don't need someone doing loads of hours or too expensive as I can't justify the ROI. We have a book keeper and an accountant but I want someone who 'gets' ecommerce and fashion buying peaks and troughs etc to support me. Can I ask what type of people you have in your companies doing this type of work?

On our USA Shopify revenue report it's showing we hit the number I had originally screen shot on Xero the Sunday - but I know Shopify reporting numbers can sometimes be a bit out.

For those who use shopify I need your experience
I’ve been checking our numbers regularly over the weekend and took screenshots of our Xero revenue numbers
We have two shopify stores serving two different markets - USA and UK
Between Sunday morning and today the numbers on Xero for our USA store have dropped by £6k but our UK store has stayed exactly the same.
