We currently use Klayviyo for email and Attentive for SMS - Attentive are pushing us to use them for both - what are your thoughts on SMS marketing and Attentive vs Klayviyo for it?
Klayviyo the best but getting v expensive is what I typically hear

Definitely for email - not as sure on SMS
@Jenni Bailey - Calla shoes email is an add on for attentive (SMS is their core). Email is the core for Klaviyo (SMS is the add on). Klaviyo can do a lot more for email and Attentive has a better SMS strategy.
Hi all. We use Klaviyo for email marketing, but since my colleague who managed this has gone on mat leave- we are completely clueless. The flows are all set up, but the whole thing needs a real overhaul. It has done for the last 12 months in I'm honest - it's just fallen down the list. Does anyone use a freelancer to manage this for them, that they'd be happy to intro me to? Thanks!
