Good to hear. Do you have the open collaboration turned on and do you get much from it if so? Do you tend to use the targeted campaigns for cold outreach or creators you are already speaking with? On TikTok we had around 5% make a video after being added cold to a targeted campaign

We’ve mostly had bad experiences with agencies. I believe they can add value in some cases, especially when there’s a big budget, multiple markets, loads of products, etc. but for most brands, managing in-house is way better.
Every time we worked with one, CAC went up, sales went down, progress was slow, and the “direct Meta/Google connections” they sold us on were nowhere to be found when we actually needed them. When you’re facing account restrictions or policy issues, you need someone who really cares and no one will care as much as you/your own team.
I think it's best to figure out what works for your brand yourself first. Then if you're spending loads, maxed out on resource, and need scale across multiple regions, maybe bring in a top agency.

Having our own live shop with a host etc. is a way off. Feels like a lot of resource which we can't commit to right now and I think you have to do it right to avoid the location looking like a bunker or prison cell. I see a lot of ecom brands doing it on TT though even with DIY studios. I'd probably continue to test using influencers who have nice setups at their homes. It was a small test and I'd need to do a bigger one with a bigger influencer to make a call on the results

I've mostly stuck to ABO, did some testing on ASC+ but couldn't get it to perform as well. We are in healthcare though so have a lot of meta issues. They don't want us optimising for sales

Our account is somewhat stuck. We are in health and wellness which has been hit pretty hard and so even getting an ad approved without the entire account being disabled is a challenge. This means we can't scale to the kind of spend that would get us an AM.
We've tried a lot of freelancers and agencies but no one has been able to figure it out - we really want to get someone on the inside.
Did they give you a dedicated AM or you still get passed around?

Or know of any startup programme you can join? We are willing and wanting to spend the sort of budget that would get us a AM but it's a chicken & egg situation as we can't scale our budget without the support.

• what questions did you ask? (education, income, kids, marriage, types of other products they used?)
• how did you conduct the research? (surveys, 1:1 calls)

It would likely be ongoing. The people we have at the moment do adhoc stuff for us fairly regularly - they are just not very good!

We want to make some tweaks and upgrades to our design. Nothing drastic, just adding in a few basic features that ours lacks and some improvements to product pages. Ideally someone who can work from a bit of direction/screenshots rather than needing completely finished designs (as we don't have them)
